Tenikka Greene is a graduate-level counseling intern at Rooted in Healing LLC pursuing a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling at the University of the District of Columbia. She is passionate about supporting adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, and stress related to social and political uncertainty.

Tenikka brings a warm, grounded, and strengths-based approach to her work. She believes in creating a space where clients feel supported while also learning practical skills to navigate daily challenges. Her work incorporates cognitive-behavioral tools, mindfulness strategies, and psychoeducation to support emotional regulation and resilience.
