About the event
This experiential session is designed specifically for mothers navigating the early years of motherhood, from newborn through toddlerhood. Together, we will explore how your nervous system directly shapes your child’s emotional world. When you feel supported, grounded, and connected to yourself, your child feels it too.
Motherhood in these early years can feel beautiful, exhausting, overstimulating, and isolating all at once. This space offers practical tools to help you regulate in real time, especially during tantrums, sleep deprivation, transitions, and the constant demands of caregiving.
Through guided reflection, gentle psychoeducation, and supportive conversation, you will:
Understand how stress impacts your nervous system and your child’s
Learn simple regulation practices you can use in everyday moments
Reflect on identity shifts that happen in early motherhood
