About the event

From Stress to Strength: Skills for Mental Wellness is a virtual Mental Health Awareness Month lunch and learn designed to help participants pause, reset, and gain practical tools for their emotional well-being.


During this one-hour workshop, you will learn what mental health means, how stress can show up in the body, and simple emotional regulation tools that can help you respond with more intention instead of reacting from overwhelm.


This session will also guide participants in creating a personal wellness plan with realistic steps they can use beyond the workshop.


This free virtual lunch and learn is open to adults 18 and older. Whether you are feeling stressed, stretched thin, or simply want to be more intentional about your mental wellness, this space is for you.


Come as you are, bring your lunch, and take one hour to care for your mind.
