James Jackson 
Life Coach & Mental Health First Aid Instructor

As an ICF Certified Life Coach, I work with clients to ensure individuals are maximizing different aspects of their lives in order to achieve their goals. I use empathy and compassion in order to connect with clients to get individuals to self identify different barriers that may be hindering them.  

 

By creating a safe space, I use compassion to foster trust and build a strong rapport with clients. Through active listening and empathy, I support clients to not only discover their strengths, but to develop effective strategies to achieve their desired outcomes as well.

 

As a Mental Health First Aid Instructor, I am trained to support individuals who are experiencing a mental health crisis. Therefore, it is my job to ensure that they get the help that they desire.

Alyssa Louise McCall

Being our best selves is attainable when we allow ourselves to be on a path of prioritizing peace, fulfillment, and self-awareness. I hold a passion for helping clients do just that. I work with clients through a holistic & individualistic approach to support them in moving closer to their personal & professional goals. I am here to help you on your journey to exploring what values are most meaningful to you in this season, being in tune with your needs, and overcoming any trauma that may be hindering this. I specialize in supporting clients overcome anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, workplace & relationship challenges, low career self-efficacy, discrimination, and so much more.

My approach ensures that your needs and goals are the center of your treatment and allow you to get to a point where you feel you are able to be your best self. In the past, I have supported clients through utilizing Problem Solving Therapy, DBT, CBT, Mindfulness Practices, Trauma-Informed Care, Expressive Arts Therapy, faith-based interventions, and Motivational Interviewing.
